Lakshmi Gopal – Chief Operating Officer
Lakshmi manages day-to-day operations, support and delivery. She is a key member of the project planning and execution teams, and plays a critical role in the global delivery of client projects. She is also responsible for building organizational capability, training and oversees the HR department. In these various roles, Lakshmi helps drive continuous process improvement, agility, and efficiency in the company’s growing operations.
She has 25 years of experience in the outsourcing industry, including extensive experience in business process management – primarily in the fields of contract management, and litigation claims.
Lakshmi has been an active member in the Empowerment Women in IT (EWIT) and the governing member for POSH – Prevention of Sexual Harassment program.
