Aditya Mirza – CEO
Aditya’s primary focus is on driving continuous innovation and enhancing the quality of outsourcing services throughout the company, helping clients capture value by achieving better integration of internal and external resources. His management portfolio also includes responsibility for business development and sales, customer acquisition and growth, thought leadership and customer success. He also focuses on new market expansion and new service portfolio creation.
Prior to joining Cenza, Aditya was a manager with Deutsche Bank based in New York, which provided him with more than a decade of experience managing engagements and relationships with large corporate clients in the US, the UK, Canada and Australia. He has a Masters in Finance from Brandies University and B.A. in Accounting from Loyola College, India.
He is a Board Member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization – an association dedicated to promoting community service, social & business networking and international cooperation. Aditya has sponsored and supported schools for underprivileged students in underdeveloped communities, focusing his efforts on improving basic necessities like building hygienic restrooms and drinking water facilities for the students, in addition to educational infrastructure.
