Cenza has supported the ‘Keep them in School’ program of Madras Round Table 1 which is focused on improving sanitation facilities at schools for the underprivileged. We built a new toilet block at a school near our Chennai delivery center and also installed (RO) Reverse Osmosis unit to provide clean and safe drinking water to the children.

Cenza’s employees were also actively involved in the flood relief activities after the torrential rains and flooding in Chennai. Our employees supported the efforts of Chennai volunteers in organising, sorting and packing items for flood relief.

VP – Business Development

Location: Chennai, India

Job Description:

We are looking for a high-performing VP-Business Development to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. He will be leading Cenza’s Business Development team by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department.

  • Business Development, Identifying new business opportunities, Key Account Management, networking, and managing Lead Generation.
  • Responsible for lead generation through running teams for outbound cold calling, target account selling, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Closes sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contracts.
  • Set and track sales account targets aligned with company objectives – monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience (out of which a minimum of 7+ years of experience in international markets, preferably U.S. and U.K. markets in B2B Sales, Key Account Management, Lead Generation, and Business Development.
  • Should have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding business development
    goals and targets.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.

Legal Associate – Contract Management

Location: Chennai, India

Job Description:

  •  Review and Legal Interpretation of Contracts.
  • Evaluate and perform the review, annotation, abstraction, and summarization of various types of contracts including Non-Disclosure Agreements, License Agreements, Master Service Agreements, and Distribution Agreements according to contract templates.
  • Work on different platforms (CLM tools) and adopt new technologies.

Experience & Skills:

  • Work Experience in Contact review and analysis and Contract abstraction and Contract summarization Projects
  • Ability to work multiple tasks and deal with competing priorities meeting deadlines in a timely manner
  • Ability to read and understand complex contractual languages in lieu of clients requirements
  • High level of positive attitude (Can do attitude) and follow the problem-solving approach

Senior Executive – QMS & ISMS 

Location: Chennai, India

 Job Description: 

  • Represent the company as Management Representative & CISO for the ISO integrated system [9001:2015 / 27001:2013].
  • Carrying out regular Internal Audits & Management Review Meetings for ISO integrated system [9001:2015 / 27001:2013] certifications.
  • Develop, maintain and publish up-to-date quality & information security policies, quality & information security management standards, and guidelines. Manage, Control & Update integrated manual and relevant documents as required.
  • Manage information security and risk management awareness training programs for all employees and contractors.
  • Engaging with continuous knowledge development regarding each certification’s requirements, recommended best practices, techniques, and performance standards.
  • Conduct follow-up audits and checks to monitor non-conformities and ensure all action plans are completed.
  • To conduct regular meetings to identify and revise areas of improvement and undertake follow-up action.

 Experience & Skills:

  • Strong experience in implementing & auditing the ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 27001:2015 Standards.

Manager / Associate Manager – Projects (Contract Management)

Location: Chennai, India  

Job Description:

  • Independently manage multiple contract management projects.
  • Attend, manage internal and client calls, communicate with clients directly (also internally) via email if required & Prepare minutes of meetings.
  • Provide timely updates on project status. POC for first-level grievance.
  • Bring to the notice any deviations from the projects and provide remediation.
  • Strongly contribute, consolidate, and also ensures the best practices are followed in the team
    Work as a mentor and role model for project teams.
  • Handle floating team members ( size depending upon the projects)
  • Manage, motivate and train the team to produce high-quality work.
  • Manage absenteeism and ensure low attrition utilizing managerial skills.
  • Implement task assignment, feedback mechanism, and appraisal process
  • To Work as a subject matter expert for contract management projects as and when required.
  • Work as a second in command with the Operations Manager to deliver the project.

Legal engineer/Platform Implementation engineer

Location: Chennai, India  

Job Description:

  • Get trained on all the CLM platforms being used by Cenza and create training
    manuals to train the resources.
  • Work on end to end workflow support for all the CLM platforms by Cenza
    • Communicate with a client on mapping the fields
    • Communicate with the CLM provider support team to resolve issues
  • Create a sample database of contract templates, to assess the new Platforms and for internal training (such as non-disclosures, non-competes, release forms, partnership agreements, purchase orders, employment contracts, and independent contractor agreements)
  • Identify other CLM platforms/AI Platforms available in the market and Analyse the data
    extraction capability and create reports to assess the efficiency of the Platform and
    make recommendations.
  • Implementation Support: Helps end-users to implement the Platform as per their
    requirement
  • Coordinate with client customer support manager for any queries and escalations
    related to the Platform issues
  • Focus on process improvements and solution delivery to both the firm and the
    clients.
  • Support operations team on projects as and when required.
  • Experience & Skills:
  • Legal knowledge is desirable.
  • Knowledge of technology and IT literate including MS Office.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, and clearly articulate and
    explain legal technology solutions benefits in non-technical terms.
  • Experience of, or desire to learn how to use, legal technology products
    Logical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Previous legal technology experience or legal experience would be an
    advantage.

Process Associate – Lease Abstraction

Location: Chennai, India  

Job Description:

  •  Abstracting the critical data and key information from the Lease / Contract Documents and transferring abstracted information into a various lease and portfolio databases/tools/systems.
  • Analyze, verify and cross-check the leasing documents, agreements, amendments, abstracts, terms, and related information for completeness and accuracy.
  • Good knowledge of US & UK Real Estate Lease Abstraction concepts.
  • To meet the deadlines set and deliver the process with good quality.

Experience & Skills:

  • Good analytical and communication skills.
  • Graduate with minimum 1-5 years of experience in Lease Abstraction Process.
